EOS Surfaces’ Antimicrobial Countertop Approved for Clinical Trials

Cupron, Inc. and EOS Surfaces, together with UVa Hospital in Charlottesville, VA, will launch the first clinical trial of Cupron Enhanced EOS Solid Surface. Installation will begin in the Surgical ICU patient rooms and nurses’ stations in early 2013 with trials likely to begin in second quarter 2013. The clinical trials are in conjunction with an application for a National Institute of Health (NIH) Grant which the three are seeking collectively.
